Candles & Diffusers

What are your candles made from?
All of our candles are hand-poured using 100% natural soy wax and premium fragrance oils. They're vegan, cruelty-free, and phthalate-free.

Are your diffusers safe for pets and children?
While our diffusers are made with non-toxic base oils, some essential oils can be harmful to pets. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out and we'll advise based on the specific scent.

How long do your candles and diffusers last?
Our candles burn for approximately 35–50 hours depending on size and care. Reed diffusers typically last 8–10 weeks. We also offer refills for some scents!

Vintage & Upcycled Pieces

Are vintage items in perfect condition?
Not quite — and that’s the magic! Our vintage finds often have a bit of character: minor imperfections, signs of age, or wear that tell a story. We include detailed photos and honest descriptions for every piece.

Do you take custom furniture requests?
Yes, we love bespoke projects. If you have a vision or need help transforming an old piece, get in touch. We’ll see what’s possible based on materials, timeline, and budget.

Do I need to do anything to care for restored furniture?
Most of our pieces are sealed for long-lasting use. Just wipe gently with a damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. We include care instructions with each order.

Orders, Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across all of the U.K. but if you are local to Kirriemuir and it’s surrounding areas we can arrange for you to collect. If you're elsewhere and love something, send us a message — we’ll do our best to make it happen.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–3 working days. Delivery times vary, but UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days.

Can I return an item?
If something’s not quite right, you can return non-custom, unused items within 14 days. Vintage and one-off furniture pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged — we pack with great care to prevent that.
